KVKK Information Notice

1. Data Controller

Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Lapis Aviation Technologies Inc. ("Lapis") as the data controller within the scope described below.

2. Personal Data Processed

• Identity and contact data: full name, company/organization, email, phone.
• Request/application content: the message and application information you submit via the contact and career forms.
• Transaction-security data: IP address, browser/device information, and usage data collected via cookies.

3. Purposes of Processing

• Evaluating and responding to contact requests and career applications,
• Managing product, datasheet and evaluation-unit requests,
• Ensuring the security and operation of the website,
• Conducting analytics and marketing activities subject to your explicit consent,
• Fulfilling legal obligations.

4. Legal Basis

Your personal data is processed under Article 5/2 of the KVKK on the grounds of the establishment or performance of a contract, the fulfillment of a legal obligation, and the legitimate interest of the data controller; and, for cookies and marketing activities, on the basis of your explicit consent pursuant to Article 5/1.

5. Transfer

Your personal data may be transferred to the suppliers we work with (email/infrastructure providers) and, subject to your explicit consent, to analytics and advertising service providers (Google, LinkedIn), to the extent required by the service and in compliance with Articles 8/9 of the KVKK. Transfers abroad take place based on your explicit consent or the other conditions set out in the Law.

6. Method of Collection

Your personal data is collected electronically through forms on our website, email and cookies, by automated and partly automated means.

7. Data Subject Rights (KVKK Art. 11)

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to the data controller you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information thereon,
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
• To request the correction of incompletely or inaccurately processed data,
• To request the erasure or destruction of data where the conditions are met,
• To object to an outcome against you resulting solely from automated analysis,
• To request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

8. Application

You can submit requests regarding your rights to the data controller at info@lapisteknoloji.com or via the methods stipulated in the KVKK. Your request will be concluded within 30 days at the latest.
